DATA
We have compiled and keep
current a comprehensive data base of capital sources, government and
regulatory agencies, business service providers and industry gurus.
Our capital sources
database, for example, consists of several thousand venture capital,
private equity, hedge fund, asset management, family office,
foundation, commercial, investment and merchant banking firms, and
high net worth, accredited investors. We communicate with several
hundred, active investors on a regular basis, and know their
interests, selection criteria, industry foci, etc. When it comes to
"dialing for dollars" in behalf of our clients, we use sniper
rifles, not shotguns. |

There really isn't any
substitute for the knowledge we've received from building companies
ourselves, from working in formal corporate hierarchies and from
advising scores of clients as consultants and bankers. While we're
classically trained in economics, finance, marketing, organizational
behavior, systems engineering and law, it's our horse sense that
